Refund Policy
1. No Refunds
Cracked Pepper provides customised digital marketing services that are tailored to each client. As such, all payments made to Cracked Pepper are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, fees for brand identity, content creation, advertising, strategy, and retainer services.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that customised digital deliverables are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
2. Service Delivery
Services are deemed delivered once agreed materials, strategies, or campaigns have been created, presented, or made available to the client, regardless of whether the client chooses to implement, publish, or use the work.
3. Dispute Resolution
Clients agree to contact Cracked Pepper directly to resolve any payment or service concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider.
In the event of a chargeback, Cracked Pepper reserves the right to provide evidence of the signed agreement, service delivery, and this Refund & Cancellation Policy to dispute and overturn the chargeback. Clients remain responsible for all outstanding fees, as well as any chargeback fees or costs incurred by Cracked Pepper in connection with the dispute.
4. Subscription & Retainer Agreements
For clients on monthly retainers or subscription-based agreements:

Contracts renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled in writing and sent to hello@crackedpepper.co

A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel any ongoing agreement.

Services and billing will continue through the notice period.

No refunds are issued for partial months or unused services.
5. Client Acknowledgement
By making payment to Cracked Pepper, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. This policy forms part of your agreement with Cracked Pepper and is binding once payment is received.
